Ingredients:
- Atta/ wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Semolina/rava - 2 tsp
- Salt - ¼ tsp or more
- Oil - 1 tblspn
- Water - Little less than ½ cup to make dough
- Oil - To Deep Fry
Procedure:
- Mix the three ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the 1 tblspn oil and then water slowly and mix the flour
- Once it comes together, knead 5 minutes and keep covered for 10 minutes
- Note: If the dough is resting for long time, The puri suck oil and the result is OILY puris.
- Can make immediately.
- Keep the wok/Kadai ready in stovetop with enough oil to deep fry
- Take a small balls , roll without using any flour . It should not be thin, roll slightly thick!
- Drop slowly in oil and with a ladder try to press down the puri in oil.
- Pooris will start to puff. And try to turn slowly. Both sides should be fried.
- Take out and drain in paper towel.
- Serve with potato masala, chole masala, channa masala

Ekta again. that day i tried dal thadka and it was so good of south indian style and husband liked it and as i married to south indian.
