Ingredients:
- keppai/Ragi - 1/4 cup
- Water - 2 1/2 cup
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- salt
Procedure:
- In a bowl, Add the ragi and water well without forming any lumps.
- keep that mixture on stove top and boil it in medium heat for 15 minutes or till it is cooked well.
- Stir it continously so that it would not form any lumps.
- Once it is cooked, remove from heat, add the curd and salt to it.
- Serve it with Onion, pickle, green chillies.
